Medical Operations Coordinator (English Speaking)

About the Role Family Medical Practice Group is looking for an English-speaking Emergency Alarm Center Representative to join our international healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy helping people and can remain calm in urgent situations. Previous dispatch experience is not required, as full training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for patients, clients, embassies, hotels, insurance companies, and emergency callers, helping coordinate medical assistance and ambulance services across Vietnam. Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails in English and Vietnamese. Collect and record important information accurately. Coordinate ambulance services, doctors, nurses, and other medical resources. Communicate with patients, corporate clients, hotels, embassies, and insurance companies. Monitor ongoing cases and provide updates when required. Maintain accurate records in company systems. Follow company procedures and confidentiality

requirements:. Work closely with the medical and operations teams to ensure excellent service.

Requirements Excellent spoken and written English.

Vietnamese nationality.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, call center, aviation, tourism, or a similar service-oriented environment is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working under pressure and handling urgent situations.

Good computer skills.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Healthcare background is an advantage but not required.
