Responsibilities:Mass Recruitment

Coordinate with Operations/Project teams to understand manpower needs, project timelines, role

requirements:, and hiring priorities.

Build and maintain effective mass recruitment sources for PG, PB, Helper, Supervisor, Team Leader and other field-force positions.

Select suitable recruitment channels, screen candidates, evaluate basic fit, and ensure the candidate pipeline meets project

requirements:.

Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and deliver qualified profiles on time according to project timelines.

Prepare weekly/monthly mass recruitment reports and highlight hiring risks, bottlenecks, and proposed solutions. Data Management

Maintain a large-scale candidate database with clear tracking of source, status, availability, quality and hiring result.

Track recruitment performance and provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, source effectiveness and candidate quality.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency, headhunting, event, activation or field-force environments.

Direct experience in mass recruitment for PG, PB, Helper, Supervisor, Team Leader or similar project-based roles is highly preferred.

Good communication, persuasion, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong follow-up, data tracking and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requests at the same time.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets for candidate database and recruitment reporting.
