Branding & Communications
Develop and manage OLV’s brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Build OLV’s thought leadership presence and content strategy across key channels.
Manage websites, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, and content calendar.
Develop and maintain commercial collateral, including company profiles, capability decks, proposals, case studies, and pitch materials.
Drive internal communication initiatives, company updates, leadership messages, and strategic announcements to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Brief and manage external vendors, including designers, web developers, and print suppliers.
Plan and coordinate promotional activities, trade events, and client-facing activations.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor positioning. Lead Generation & Commercial Support
Develop and execute lead generation initiatives to support commercial pipeline growth.
Support Sales with materials for client meetings, pitches, RFQs, tenders, and key account presentations.
Track campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, and pipeline contribution through regular reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial and strategic projects.
Other tasks and projects assigned by the Line Manager or Director.

Yêu cầu
3–6 years of B2B Marketing experience with strengths in Branding, Communications, and Commercial Marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Strong content creation, storytelling, and client-facing sales/marketing material development skills.
Creative, proactive, and self-driven with the ability to independently drive initiatives and generate innovative ideas.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Mandatory hands-on experience using advanced AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to support content creation, market research, campaign development, and productivity improvement.
Excellent English communication skills; experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or other B2B industries is preferred. Mandarin is a plus.
