Marketing Intern (E-Commerce)

JOB OVERVIEW The intern will support the Customer Service & Web Operations team in handling customer interactions across e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), coordinating order processing, managing storefronts, and assisting with promotional campaign operations. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints and reviews — input and respond to customer inquiries, complaints and reviews from Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop.

Support order processing and coordination with internal teams, including emailing to confirm returned products to the warehouse and store.

Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries, following SLA.

Appeal penalties in the marketplace, e.g., submit an appeal for penalties on Shopee.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while keeping the customer informed, ensuring all escalations are documented accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.

Monitor daily sales and campaign performance in marketplaces (e.g., traffic, conversion, best-selling products, voucher usage).

Assist in store decoration and merchandising (banner upload, homepage layout, campaign assets, and product tagging during campaigns).

Create and set up promos in the marketplace (vouchers, bundles, flash sales), ensure stock availability, and make sure products are correctly published and visible.

Activate and deactivate products in the marketplace according to request (new launch, clearance, stock-out, or price change).

Help monitor order status and coordinate with the internal team if there are issues (cancellation, return, shipment delay).

Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Active university student (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce content optimization.

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms.

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

Creative, communicative, and a team player.

Available for a full-time internship for 6 months (available in working hour 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM from Mon - Fri)
