Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing Hands-on experience with digital ads and social media management Data-driven mindset with a basic understanding of KPIs and performance Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure Understanding of customer insights, market trends, and competitors Knowledge of beauty care (skincare, skin treatment technology) Good English speaking and writing skills Basic skills in design/editing tools are a plus
