Currently, we are looking for Marketing Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities: Support and execute marketing and communication activities for real estate projects under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, including: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and projects to meet communication goals and maximize effectiveness. Collaborate with Event, PR, Digital Marketing, Design, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Contribute innovative and creative ideas for marketing strategies and materials to boost project and brand visibility in the target market. Support brand management by maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging across all marketing initiatives. Assist in the creation, production, and distribution of marketing collateral, including leaflets, posters, brochures, newsletters, e-newsletters, and TVCs. Liaise with designers, printing houses, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials. Monitor daily marketing and communication activities for assigned projects, proactively proposing creative solutions to increase the project’s market presence and engagement. Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize marketing campaigns, analyze data, and enhance content creation or customer targeting. Conduct data analysis for marketing projects to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization. Coordinate with sales agents to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and ensure campaign effectiveness. Support budget management by tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to approved financial guidelines. Serve as a key liaison between the project team and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and adherence to project timelines. Track project progress, provide regular updates, and report on campaign performance under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. Identify potential challenges or inefficiencies in marketing activities and suggest actionable, creative solutions for improvement. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to real estate or property development being a strong advantage.
Language: Fluent in all English skills.
Analytical Skills : Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, projects, and branding to effectively support marketing initiatives and interpret data.
Planning and Organization : Ability to follow and contribute to short- and long-term marketing plans, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Problem-Solving Skills : Competence in addressing minor issues or urgent situations with guidance from senior team members.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for internal coordination and occasional interaction with external stakeholders.
Teamwork and Collaboration : Ability to work effectively within a team, follow directives, and contribute to collective goals.

AI and Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., content generation, data analytics, chatbots) and the ability to integrate them into campaigns for improved efficiency and results.
Data Analysis Skills : Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, interpreting performance metrics, and using insights to improve campaign strategies and project outcomes.
Suitable for business travel and long-term stays outside HCMC as job’s requirement.
