The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
Marketing tasks: Propose and update marketing plans, and oversee their execution from idea to delivery.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, and prepare summary reports.
Measure and report on campaign performance.
Register promotions and assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
Create, review and edit promotional and informational materials.
Gather business insights, schedule and execute events to support business needs.
Build content plans, write content, and collaborate with designers and videographers for visual channels.
CRM tasks: Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
Create CRM campaign content.
Conduct phone surveys.
Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
Support Sales and Service teams when required.
