Must-haves

At least 1 year of experience in content, social media, marketing, or video editing.

Strong Vietnamese writing: tight sentences, clear rhythm, a distinct voice — nothing cliched or templated.

Solid English reading comprehension; able to write basic-to-intermediate English content (with AI assistance).

Proficient in at least 2 video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
