Your Role We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive day-to-day marketing activities across our brands, translating brand strategy into meaningful online and on-site guest experiences.
In other words, someone who can identify what the brand needs, build the plan, and deliver it — from social feeds to the dining room floor.
Scope of Work 1.
Marketing Strategy & Execution Translate brand objectives into marketing plans and campaign executions.
Product and menu launches Campaigns and promotions Collabs and partnerships Events and brand activations New store openings And more Coordinate timelines and execution across internal teams and external partners Spend time on-site to observe how guests move, dine, and interact with the space, then improve marketing and guest experience.

Content & Social Media Execution Manage and execute social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, etc.) Maintain content and campaign calendars Produce content formats (short videos, photos, captions) Coordinate content production with designers and photo/videographers Edit basic photo and video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar Schedule and publish content Managing brand pages and community interactions Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual direction, and campaign objectives.

POSM & On-ground Marketing Support planning and execution of POSM and on-ground marketing materials, including menus, signage, standees and printed materials, etc.
Coordinate with Designer and Operation team to ensure POSM is: Produced correctly Placed properly at points of sale Updated according to active campaigns Assist in on-site setup and coordination for events or activations when required.

Performance Tracking & Reporting Track basic marketing performance including content engagement, campaign outcomes, and marketing activities.
Maintain organized documentation Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports.

Requirements 1.
Experience & Background Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content, or similar roles Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries (required) Experience in growth marketing or performance tracking is a plus 2.
Skills & Competencies Creative mindset with a strong focus on content creation; ability to write clear, engaging copy is a plus Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines Strong interest in food and hospitality Willing to be hands-on and responsive during evenings, weekends, or peak service periods when required.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
