Position: Marketing Executive Reporting to: Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager / COO Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid flexibility available) Employment type: Full-time POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Marketing Executive, your primary focus is on implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Content Creation & Social Performance Develop ideas, create content, and produce communication materials (articles, images, short videos…). Manage and operate social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok…) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. 2. Social Content & Community Engagement Manage and grow online communities (fanpages, Facebook groups, LinkedIn community, etc.). Create engaging content to increase interaction and strengthen brand image. Gather insights from the community and propose solutions to improve communication strategies. 3. Event Marketing Plan and execute marketing activities for events. Implement online and offline communication campaigns to promote programs and increase audience participation. Collaborate with the design, content, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective communication. Monitor and report campaign performance and propose improvements. 4. General Marketing Tasks Support the implementation of long-term brand communication campaigns. Perform other marketing tasks as assigned by the manager. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience (full-time after university graduation) in marketing roles.
Proven experience in strategic planning and project management for successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in education or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing initiatives.
