and Duties: Develop and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.

Plan and implement communication campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital platforms, PR, influencer marketing, and offline activations.

Create compelling campaign concepts, key messages, content direction, and communication materials tailored to different customer segments.

Produce creative content for marketing campaigns, including campaign messaging, social media copy, video scripts, content outlines, and communication guidelines across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, PR, etc.).

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Performance, CRM, Sales, and Operations) and external partners to ensure consistent and effective brand communication.

Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, agencies, and media partners to maximize campaign visibility and engagement.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness.

Stay updated on beauty industry trends, consumer insights, social media trends, and competitor activities to generate innovative campaign ideas.

Perform other tasks as needed to support the team or as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu

and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Sociology, or a related field; 2–4 years of experience in brand communications, IMC, or marketing campaign management; Proven track record in large-scale campaigns, including end-to-end branding strategy development and successful execution; Strong creative content creation skills are a must: from concepts, storytelling, concise messaging to scriptwriting or long-form content structuring; Solid campaign mindset with creative thinking and information synthesis ability; Good understanding of modern media channels (social, paid, earned media...) and how to integrate them effectively; Excellent writing and messaging skills (both short-form and long-form content); Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, with strong multitasking and cross-functional collaboration capabilities; Preferably experienced in startup environments, agencies, or dynamic marketing teams; Have a personal laptop.
