Education
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in Operations Management is an advantage. Experience
7–12 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Operations, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Plant Performance Management, Manufacturing Analytics, or Business Transformation.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional factory operations.
