To manage Cost Consultants (QS) to prepare cost plans, cost reports, variation order reports, certificate of payment, tender/contract documents, final accounts, etc. for each stage of project.

To prepare the Construction Cost Estimate, Procurement Check and Construction Cost Analysis during Due Diligence Stage.

To control the project team to obtain economical design solutions...

University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Structural or equivalent

5 years of experience in Cost / Contract management.

English communication (intermediate).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) and AutoCAD

Independent and able to work in a team

Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working
