Machinery SME, Indirect Sourcing

Job Purpose The Subject Matter Expert (Indirect) – Machinery plays a critical role in sourcing and developing automation lines, tooling, testing equipment, and OEM machines for New Product Introduction (NPI) in Molex Vietnam.

This position supports Molex’s business growth in optical and cable products, drives supplier localization, and ensures strong supplier performance and cost competitiveness.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required) Experience

5–10 years of experience in procurement, sales, or engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment

3–5 years of experience related to the optical fiber industry

Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams or cross-functional projects Certifications (Preferred)

CPM / CPSM, CPIM, CIRM or equivalent Skills & Competencies
