* Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of garment manufacturing machinery. * Improve and modify equipment to enhance production efficiency and support new development

requirements:. * Experience in mold/jig fabrication or binding folder is considered an advantage. * Conduct regular cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance of specialized machines. * Able to support sample production activities when required. Teamwork & Communication requirement: Follow instructions and assignments from the manager and actively support team objectives. Cooperate effectively with team members and provide assistance in handling urgent or challenging situations when required. Maintain positive working relationships and communicate professionally and respectfully with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and promote a Right-First-Time (RFT) mindset in all assigned tasks. Contribute to a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the Sample Room and Creation Center.
