Subordinate: M+S Product Documentation Engineer and Senior Engineers II: JOB PURPOSES:

Lead the Product Documentation Team to ensure all Product & Product data is complete

Drive the team in achieving the set departmental targets and in-line with company’s strategy

From Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics or Industrial Engineering;

Business fluent or native-language English and Vietnamese (written and spoken);

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environment;

At least 3 years of experience in people management (leadership role);

Hands-on experience in Applied resource management, and active application of Analytical Problem Solving and being able to develop, coach...
