Logistics and Production control tasks as instructed by supervisor/ manager

Making shipping documents: Invoice, packing list, Delivery note, …

Following Import/Export shipment and ensure the shipment schedule on time.

Checking to make sure the correction of shipping documents such as Invoice, packing list, BILL, VAT, stock-out note with declaration.

Co-working with Forwarders...

Graduated from University (Trading, Economic relating faculty is preferable).

Have at least 1-years employment experience with Export-Import Logistic task in manufacturing/processing/trading companies. (Priority will be given to candidates having experience with electronic component/PCBA)

Proficient at excel.

Good command of English.

Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.
