Logistics and Warehouse Executive (Japan Speaking)

Allocate inventory and release shipment instructions to our warehouse operational team in Japan.

Coordinate shipment bookings and export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Execute outbound logistics transactions and generate shipping documents in SAP.

Coordinate shipment schedules, forecasts, and delivery updates with global stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, including priority and urgent shipments.

Support logistics operations by checking SAP transaction errors, preparing reports, and supporting process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree with studies related Foreign Trade, International Business Management, or Supply Chain Management or Japanese language school with Supply chain experiences Minimum 1-2 years working experience.

Fluent in English and Japanese is a must.

Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
