Good English skills (minimum TOEIC 700).

Have experience in draft, review contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate).

Have experience in foreign investment, procedures under Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment.

Have knowledge in Business law especially the special law such as Real Estate and Industrial Estate...
