1. General Legal Advisory & Compliance

Provide day-to-day legal advice and support to Directors and Departments on diverse matters including Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Labor, Import-Export, IP (Intellectual Property), Data Privacy, E-commerce, EPR laws (Extended Producer Responsibility Laws).

Conduct legal research and provide daily updates on new regulations impacting business operations.
