Legal Specialist

and Duties: Draft, check and providing contract/agreements/legal advice to related to the company’s business activities, included execute legal paper works and application of Company licenses (IRC/ ERP/ Business license); Make and file all internal and external documents including Charter, Advisory Committee Meeting minute, Resolution, Appointment Letter, Authorisation, Power of Attorney...; Communicate with government authorities and back-up for branches/representation offices in legal if necessary; Coordinate and support all departments by directly review/analyze and negotiate contracts/agreements; Legal documentation compliance of bTaskee, branches and parent companies: shareholders, business license, investment license, Resolutions, contracts… Liaises with external advisors/consultants hired to assist the company with their specialized legal service, prepare all materials relating to disputes, provide legal advice for solving such disputes; Advise litigation cases/ legal dispute, participate in court proceeding; Solve IP infringement cases, data protection, debt settlement (in the legal scope); Conduct the legal licensing procedures: setup/liquidation procedures, M&A, licensing, promotion registration/trademark/copyright registration...; Update legal regulations related to the business and operation of the company; Other duties/tasks assigned by Line Manager/ BOD.

and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Law or higher; 2-3 years experience in Legal fields (FDI, Trading... in advantage) Candidates with experience working at companies in the SaaS (Software as a service) field will be preferred; Details-oriented, Integrity, Responsibility, Careful, Service mindset; Good research skills, analytical & logical thinking, problem-solving; Good presentation and communication skills; Good English skills, both writing and speaking; Have a personal laptop.
