Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related legal discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, commercial contracts, or a similar legal position.

Experience in international trade contracts and corporate legal matters is highly preferred. Knowledge - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Civil, Commercial, Enterprise, Investment, and Contract Law.
