Job Purpose: The job holder responsible for:

Providing legal advice and support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with the Company’s operations;

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

Lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage.

LOMA certification is a plus. 2. Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant legal experience. 3. Skills & Competencies:

English: Written and Spoken.

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
