Graduated from University majoring in Law, Economic Law, Commercial Law or related fields.

At least 2 years experiences working as a legal specialist in a company, financial institution, bank or state agency and have experiences working in F&B and FDI company.

Solid legal knowledge: Understand legal regulations related to business, investment, trade.

Analytical and logical thinking skills: Assess legal risks and provide appropriate solutions.

Communication & negotiation skills: Work with partners, customers, lawyers and state agencies.

Document drafting skills: Draft contracts, legal documents accurately and clearly.

Dispute handling skills: Resolve legal issues arising in the business.

Ability to work independently & in a team: Work proactively, cooperate well with other departments.

Accurate, careful, honest, confidential.

Communicate in English and specialized English.
