1. Learning Design & Delivery
Analyze training needs and design learning programs aligned with employee and team capability development goals.
Develop clear and practical training content and learning materials, and directly facilitate internal training or sharing sessions. 2. Talent Development & Performance
Build and operate talent development programs, career paths, competency/capability frameworks, and individual development plans.
Collaborate with Leaders and Managers to track employee capability development progress, learning performance, and improvement areas. 3. L&D Operations & Analysis
Manage training schedules, participant lists, materials, forms, reports, and other data related to L&D activities.
Track, consolidate, and analyze training data to evaluate participation, learner feedback, and post-training effectiveness. 4. L&D Strategy & Business Alignment
Collaborate with departments to understand business goals, operational challenges, and capability gaps that need improvement.
Support the development of short-term and mid-term training plans aligned with company direction and each team’s needs.
Collaborate with the HR/Recruitment team to assess candidates in terms of learning agility, growth mindset, cultural fit, and long-term development potential. 5. Organizational Culture & Cultural Fit
Support initiatives that help employees understand, remember, and apply the company’s core values in their daily work.
Support onboarding programs, culture communication, internal sharing sessions, and engagement activities related to building a learning culture1. Learning Design & Delivery

Kỹ năng chính
Yêu cầu
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, HR, or related roles.
Strong English reading comprehension and fluent English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above).
Strong facilitation, presentation, class coordination, or group activity organization skills.
Ability to identify potential, analyze development needs, and guide employee capability development.
Ability to design training materials, activities, workshops, and internal learning content.
Good command of Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or training support tools is a plus.
Experience in IT, agency, startup, or fast-growing company environments is a plus.
