Ensure training operations run effectively; promote an active learning culture and optimize the employee learning experience through a strategic blend of traditional training and modern E-learning initiatives.
Coordinate with various departments to develop and implement training plans and programs.
Plan and manage the full training lifecycle, including course coordination, logistical support, execution, and post-course evaluation.
Design and digitize engaging e-learning content and manage training materials.
Support and engage learners and instructors to foster a strong learning culture.
Analyze training data, track certifications, and report on program effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality training.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Education, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of Training & Development, L&D, or a similar role; preferably in companies with a workforce of over 200 employees.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive training programs and technical certifications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Familiarity with graphic/video design software (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, etc.) or e-learning authoring tools (iSpring, Genially, etc.) is a significant advantage; possessing design thinking.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and dynamic work ethic.
