Lead the execution of automation software projects within industrial control systems. Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA applications. Requirements:Perform software testing and validation in accordance with engineering standards and Codes of Practice. Review engineering solutions to ensure standardization, scalability, and efficient resource utilization across projects. Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and engineering quality.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA development.

Experience with TwinCAT Soft PLC and Ignition SCADA is highly preferred.

Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as: Modbus TCP CAN Ethernet UDP OPC UA Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software engineering best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Experience in delivering automation or industrial software projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and international teams.

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
