Lễ tân nhà hàng (Hostess)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC: · Chào đón và hỗ trợ khách hàng khi họ đến nhà hàng. · Hướng dẫn khách hàng vào chỗ ngồi hoặc khu vực chờ. · Nhận và quản lý các đơn đặt chỗ từ khách hàng qua điện thoại hoặc trực tiếp. · Điều phối chỗ ngồi cho khách hàng và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến đặt chỗ. · Trả lời các câu hỏi của khách hàng về thực đơn, dịch vụ và các chương trình khuyến mãi. · Giải quyết các khiếu nại và vấn đề của khách hàng một cách nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp.

YÊU CẦU: · Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng xử lý tình huống. · Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt · Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, thái độ thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp.
