Male, 35–40 years old Bachelor’s or College degree in Construction, Land Management, Natural Resources & Environment, Surveying and Mapping, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in land clearance and compensation within real estate developers.
Mandatory experience in large-scale, complex urban development projects.
Strong knowledge of Land Law and legal procedures related to compensation, land clearance, and real estate investment.
In-depth understanding of processes and procedures for land clearance, compensation, and land handover in urban projects.
Fluent English skills
