Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

3–5 years of experience in process management and/or Lean manufacturing. Experience with electromechanical products (e.g., connectors, cable assemblies, wiring harness) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Lean principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, TPM).

Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
