Support customers with flight bookings, check-in, reservation management, and travel-related requests.

Provide accurate information and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's or College degree.

Korean proficiency ( TOPIK Level 5 or above ).

English proficiency ( TOEIC 700+ ).

At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (experience in the travel industry is a plus).

Experience with Amadeus or other GDS booking systems is preferred (training will be provided if needed).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
