. Campaign Execution & Performance: Coordinate KOL/KOC content according to the content strategy and campaign timeline. Follow up on progress to ensure timely submissions and compliance with brand guidelines. Supervise and monitor creator performance; prepare and update performance reports to direct leaders. Track and analyze key metrics such as affiliate conversion, engagement, CTR, and ROI; propose optimization plans. Affiliate Marketing & Creator Management: Identify high-performing creators and maintain long-term partnerships. Build and maintain a qualified KOL/KOC community to support affiliate campaigns. Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor beauty industry KOL trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to refine and enhance KOL strategy. JOB
REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Com & PR or related field Experience: At least 2 years experience in KOL booking, influencer marketing, or e-commerce affiliate management (beauty industry is a plus). Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in English Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics. Familiarity with beauty, personal care, or lifestyle products. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple KOLs/KOCs simultaneously.
