Qualifications:- Must-Have:
4–5+ years of experience in FMCG and/or E-commerce , preferably managing key accounts or online marketplaces.
Strong understanding of Shopee ecosystem, e-commerce operations, platform media, and online shopper behavior.
Proven ability to manage P&L and large promotional budgets.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
