WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Define and lead nationwide Key Account (Modern Trade) strategy, covering convenience stores chains, local/ independent marts and airport vendors (e.g., Vasco, AVC), aligned with Trade Development priorities, brand portfolio direction and channel growth opportunities, including direct management of strategic negotiations, trading terms and business development plans.

Yêu cầu

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 10 years of Key Account or Modern Trade experience, preferably within FMCG or MNC environments, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commercial or related fields.

Strong understanding of Key Account/ Modern Trade management, including account strategy, trading terms, customer negotiation, activation planning and in-store execution.
