Strategic Account Management: Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with major partners (Guardian, Watsons, Hasaki, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact to handle all client inquiries.
Sales Performance: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs for each retail system.
Trade Marketing Implementation: Collaborate with the Marketing team to roll out promotions, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and on-site events.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contract terms, discounts, shelf space positioning, and exclusive partnership programs.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track inventory levels and sell-out performance across systems to plan timely stock replenishment or push sales.
Provide periodic reports on business effectiveness.
Market Analysis: Update competitor activities at points of sale and propose strategic countermeasures.

Experience &
Qualifications: Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in the FMCG industry; priority will be given to candidates from the Health/Cosmetics/Beauty sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. 2. Core Skills: Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain trust with strategic partners. Data Analysis: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to analyze sales data and generate reports. Languages: Good communication skills in English or Chinese (to work with international retail systems and foreign management). 3. Specialized Knowledge: Operations: Deep knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO), contracts, and accounting documents & invoices. Market Thinking: Equipped with market expertise and strategic sales knowledge to design promotional initiatives that align with market segments and target audiences. 4. Personal Attributes: Mindset: Dynamic, results-oriented (KPI-driven), with a good aesthetic sense and deep understanding of the cosmetics market. Mobility: Willingness to travel for Store Checks to monitor displays and support distributors. Attention to Detail: Careful and meticulous in managing multiple contracts, inventory levels, and product expiry dates. Time Management: Ability to multitask and ensure payment deadlines are met. 5.
