Contribute toward the development and implementation of accounting, budgeting, costing, purchasing and control policies and procedures; Manage costing, purchasing, forecasting, budgeting processes; Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, processes and standards; Preparation of periodic financial reports (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statement, ect) and management reports; Supervise, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; Manage invoicing and the collection of receivables and payments; verify all vendor invoices and prepare for approval; Registration and maintenance of the companies fixed assets; lead the valuation of fixed assets, adjusting for depreciation, ETC; Handle cash flow, cash flow projectsions and petty cash; Supervise and ensure proper recording and accuracy of all transactions related to payroll (payroll generation, taxation, ETC.) ensuring compliance with payroll processes; review and validate payroll summary reports through coordination with the relevant HR staff; Ensure and supervise accounting staff in maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the filing policies and procedures; Assist internal and external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed timely at the year-end through collaborating sufficiently and providing the necessary data; Report to authorities on all Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Finance, Accounting & Tax related matters; Other tasks as requied by the CEO and Board of Members;

Financial and Accounting University Degree; 5 – 10 years of experience in similar position; ACCA, CPA, CFA preferable; Experience in FDI accounting or auditing preferable; Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving; Communication Skills, Continuous Improvement and Self Development, Execution Excellence, Initiative and Enthusiasm, Innovative and Ideas Driven, Stakeholder Orientation, Financial Accounting, Management, Accounting, Risk Analysis and Management, Data Analysis, Accounts Payable;
