Kế toán tổng hợp

Mô tả công việc Theo dõi công nợ, doanh thu, xuất hóa đơn, kiểm soát hóa đơn đầu ra theo quy định kế toán. Kiểm tra tính hợp lý, hợp lệ, hợp pháp của hóa đơn, chứng từ; hạch toán vào phần mềm Fast Accounting và lưu trữ chứng từ đầu vào theo quy định. In chứng từ, lập kế hoạch chi công nợ cho văn phòng và các cơ sở. Thực hiện rà soát lương, kê khai và quyết toán thuế TNCN cho nhân viên theo quý. Giao dịch với ngân hàng, làm việc với cơ quan thuế và các đơn vị nhà nước liên quan. Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà thầu xây dựng, kiểm soát thanh toán theo hợp đồng và tiến độ thi công. Thực hiện các công việc kế toán khác theo phân công.

Yêu cầu:ứng viên Cử nhân ngành Kế - Kiểm toán loại Khá, Giỏi. Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 năm làm kế toán tổng hợp, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kế toán dịch vụ, đã làm việc với nhà thầu xây dựng và cơ quan nhà nước. Kỹ năng: Thành thạo Word, Excel, thành thạo sử dụng phần mềm kế toán Fast, Misa. Tố chất: Chính trực, cẩn thận, chi tiết, có tư duy cầu tiến và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao. Hiểu biết về luật thuế, BHXH và các quy định liên quan. Kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý số liệu tốt. Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả. Chú ý đến chi tiết và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.
