Theo dõi doanh thu, chi phí, công nợ, kiểm kê, hỗ trợ các bộ phận liên quan và phối hợp cùng phòng Kế toán Tổng để tổng hợp dữ liệu toàn hệ thống. 📋 NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH 1. Theo dõi và hạch toán nghiệp vụ kế toán tại trung tâm Ghi nhận doanh thu tiệc, dịch vụ đi kèm theo đúng hợp đồng và thời điểm phát sinh Hạch toán chi phí định kỳ: nguyên vật liệu, chi phí nhân sự, chi phí vận hành Kiểm soát và lưu trữ chứng từ: hóa đơn, phiếu thu – chi, biên bản bàn giao, hợp đồng 2. Kiểm soát công nợ và thanh toán Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng & nhà cung cấp Phối hợp cùng CSKH, bộ phận yến tiệc để đối soát tiền đặt cọc, thanh toán Chuẩn bị đề nghị thanh toán, phối hợp với kế toán tổng khi cần xử lý giao dịch lớn 3. Quản lý kho & tài sản Kiểm soát nhập – xuất – tồn kho nguyên vật liệu phục vụ tiệc Đối chiếu với bộ phận kho, bếp và quản lý trung tâm để đảm bảo minh bạch Theo dõi tài sản, công cụ dụng cụ tại trung tâm 4. Báo cáo & phối hợp liên phòng ban Lập báo cáo doanh thu, chi phí, công nợ hàng tuần/tháng theo form chung của hệ thống Phối hợp với quản lý trung tâm, bộ phận bếp, kho, CSKH để đảm bảo dòng tiền – số liệu chính xác Hỗ trợ kiểm toán nội bộ khi có

YÊU CẦU:ỨNG VIÊN Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán – Tài chính Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tại nhà hàng, F&B, dịch vụ Thành thạo Excel, ưu tiên sử dụng được phần mềm kế toán Cẩn thận, trách nhiệm, giao tiếp nội bộ tốt, phối hợp linh hoạt Sẵn sàng làm việc tại trung tâm (có tăng ca vào ngày cao điểm sự kiện) 🎁
