How You Can Contribute Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately Handle invoices/receipts: print, store hard copies & upload soft copies to Drive Update accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Prepare VAS financial statements, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), PIT finalization Prepare declaration reports, monthly VAT & PIT reports Review PIT, VAT, WHT reports to ensure correct calculation & compliance with tax regulations Prepare draft sales contracts and related documents for AR activities Provide tax planning support in line with current legislation Be responsible for financial/accounting reports to authorities and parent company Work with accounting systems for daily operations and reporting Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as required Other tasks as assigned by management What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution Minimum 4 years of experience as a General Accountant Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance Hands-on experience in full-set accounting, month-end closing, and year-end closing Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably MISA Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional working environment Ability to lead and coordinate accounting team members effectively Demonstrated proactive approach to financial management and problem-solving Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently Experience in both accounting service firms and in-house accounting is highly preferred.
