yêu cầu:cho KTT và Ban Giám Đốc. II. Công việc 1. Kế toán chi phí - Kiểm tra ngân sách dự án và phê duyệt trước khi trình kế toán trưởng và Ban Giám Đốc.

Kiểm tra việc thực hiện ngân sách dự án.

Nhập dữ liệu phát sinh vào phần mềm kế toán và lưu giữ chứng từ kế toán. 2. Mua hàng - Tìm kiếm để mở rộng nguồn supplier và liên hệ supplier mới.

Theo dõi và update rate card hàng năm với supplier hiện hữu.

Làm việc cùng với trưởng dự án và phòng sản xuất để lựa chọn supplier cho dự án.

Kiểm tra và đối chiếu hạng mục với manual sản xuất, giá cả với rate card.

Thương lượng giá cả với supplier. 3. Báo cáo và các công việc khác:

Báo cáo trực tiếp với Ban Giám Đốc, Kế toán trưởng và các bộ phận liên quan về chi phí, mua hàng.

Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám Đốc và Kế toán trưởng. III.

Yêu cầu:- Chuyên ngành kế toán/ tài chính/ quản trị.

Có kinh nghiệm về mảng kế toán/ event/ purchasing ít nhất 2 năm.

Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, trung thực.

Khả năng tổ chức sắp xếp công việc.

Kỹ năng thương lượng hợp đồng, kỹ năng thương lượng và đàm phán giá cả.

Thân thiện/Nhiệt tình.

Ham học hỏi.

Vi tính văn phòng.

Tiếng Anh căn bản.

Sử dụng được phần mềm kế toán (Misa càng tốt). IV.
