· Follow up at all time and check, review, adjust SO created in D365 F&O system from Customer service team, then do VAT invoice (Hóa đơn GTGT) in D365 F&O sytem, in Vacom system as the current company’ rule as well as the tax rules, then send to email’s customers, other people in charge in the flow of the task correctly, right time and daily if all conditions, rules is matching (with the list of customers as assigned); · Contact, coordinate with other teams related, customers to adjust, reconcile data, information… to finalize all data, information relating the SO in the systems to finish the task soonest together with others; · Follow up at all time and check, review, adjust TFO created in D365 F&O system from Customer service team, then do invoice for products delivery (Phiếu xuất kho kiêm vận chuyển nội bộ) in D365 F&O sytem, in Vacom system as the current company’ rule as well as the tax rules, then send to email’s outlet, store, warehouse, other people in charge in the flow of the task correctly, right time and daily if all conditions, rules is matching; · Coordinate with other team, customers relating to explain, reconcile, make clear for any requires / requests / questions… regarding to VAT invoice, invoice for products delivery or other questions to finish as much as possible at the best effort; · Coordinate with MDT team, IT team, Finance team to update, import, reconcile any data, information… regarding to customer’s database, outlet, store, warehouse’ database required into D365 F&O, Vacom system; · Other tasks assigned.

· College at least and at accounting/ business or commerce major. · Accounting, VAT invoice, tax accounting working experience is preferable. · Excel skill and software clear understanding. · Overtime available, quick action and careful, hard working. English: Average level.
