Business Development & Client Acquisition: Assist the Sales Manager in identifying, mapping, and pitching Farindo’s food processing portfolio to prospective accounts (including food manufacturers, coffee manufacturers, beverage plants, seafood processors, and packaging facilities) across Vietnam. Participate in technical site visits alongside senior team members to understand clients' production lines, capacity needs, and automation goals. Help prepare commercial proposals, gather documentation for machinery tenders, and support the closing of B2B contracts. Supplier Liaison & Technical Bridging: Act as the primary point of contact for international suppliers, ensuring deep alignment on technical specifications, lead times, and compliance standards. Coordinate the translation of local market feedback, client customization requests, and local regulatory
requirements:(such as food safety and TCVN standards) back to supplier engineering teams. Manage document flow between clients and suppliers during the RFQ (Request for Quote) and technical drawing verification phases. Project Management & After - Sales Suppo rt: Oversee the end -to-end delivery process, collaborating with internal logistics teams to ensure smooth customs clearance and regional distribution. Coordinate scheduling for installation, commissioning, and technical training between supplier engineers and client factory teams. Maintain strong, long -term relationships with clients to secure recurring parts sales, upgrades, and maintenance contracts.

Requirements &
Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within food processing machinery, industrial automation, packaging equipment, or technical food ingredients. Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or International Trade. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is mandatory to negotiate effectively with overseas suppliers and local plant managers. Skills: Strong ability to read basic technical specifications or a willingness to learn complex machinery systems quickly. Excellent cross - cultural communication and negotiation skills.Self -motivated and resilient, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally (industrial zones around HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and occasional travel to northern/central regions) for client consultations.
