Junior Quantity Surveyor

Prepare cost estimates including unit rate build-up.

Obtain quotations from Subcontractors/Suppliers and prepare cost comparisons.

Maintain and update the cost database regularly.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.

Raise queries to Consultants/Clients to clarify Tender Documents and collect missing information.

Compile Tender Reports and provide recommendations for Contract awards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related construction.

Intermediate English communication and reading skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work overtime.

Ability to work independently and resourcefully when required.
