Content Marketing Management & Development Write and edit content across multiple platforms: social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn…), website, PR articles, email marketing Collaborate with designers or independently create basic visual/short video content to support marketing materials Digital Marketing Execution Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads…) Manage the company’s social media channels: schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, engage with the community Market Research & Analytics Track and report weekly/monthly marketing campaign performance using metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPA, ROI Research competitors and stay updated on the latest marketing trends Conduct market, industry, and target company research Event Support & Other Tasks Coordinate the organization of events, seminars (online/offline), or promotional programs Provide administrative support to the Marketing department: taking meeting minutes, handling administrative processes, managing paperwork Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a Marketing or related role.

Relevant internship, freelance, or project-based experience will also be considered.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar, spelling, and the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.

Solid understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.

Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software is highly preferred.

Ability to interpret marketing performance data and generate actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Insights, or other analytics platforms.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
