Junior Accountant (AR Focus)

Check and post daily receivables from bank statements; input and match in the accounting system

Issue and send VAT invoices to customers on a daily basis.

Send weekly/monthly payment reminders and reconciliations to customers.

Receive, verify for initial completeness, and arrange input purchase invoices (AP) and staff claim profiles.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in accounting (Prior experience in Forwarding/Logistics is a plus).

Careful, highly detailed-oriented, and fast at data entry.

Good Microsoft Excel skills. Basic English (read and understand shipping documents/system inputs).
