Java Developer (Junior)

Receive and clarify tasks from customers, team leaders, or consulting teams. Analyze business

requirements:and existing source code to propose suitable solutions and improvements. Participate in maintenance, enhancement, and delivery projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and timeline.

Mandatory Skills & Experience Around 3 years of experience in a similar position. Able to read and clearly understand technical and business

requirements:written in English. Basic English communication skills (higher proficiency is a plus). Strong foundation in: Java, JavaScript, SQL Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle. Familiar with: Git, Spring Framework Good to Have Experience with MyBatis, jQuery. Experience participating in maintenance projects. Knowledge of web application architecture and troubleshooting. Experience working with overseas customers or external development teams is a plus.
