Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:Translate relevant documents and provide verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English; Support internal communication between the Japan Desk and professional teams in managing recurring clients; Carry out general administrative and secretarial duties as and when required; Assist with certain bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks; Handle invoice filing, invoice verification, invoice issuance, and preparation of payment request forms; Review expense reimbursements in accordance with client policies and Japan’s Invoice System

Qualifications:/skills Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Accounting or Business Administration. Excellent Japanese language skills in writing, speaking, and listening (from N3 level and above); Good communication skills in English; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Working experience in a Japanese company or Japan Desk is a plus; Desired competencies: Initiative: Demonstrate a thirst to understand how your role fits in and seeks opportunities to contribute beyond own role; Adaptability: Shows agility and easily adjusts to changing work situations; and Ownership : Takes responsibility for own actions and learns from experience.
