Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Networking, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support or similar. 2. Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (install, set-up and troubleshoot)
Rudimentary networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS)
Proven customer service experience
Experience with VMware or other hypervisors.
