Respond to technical Q&A via standardized portals (e.g., Stack Overflow, GitHub, community forums), ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base by documenting solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Attends readiness training and non-technical training to ensure that you become proficient in support topics (Product/Process Improvement).

Must Have:
IT backgrounds or working experience with proficiency in at least one programming language.
Basic English reading comprehension and writing skills to handle documents and communications.
Priority given to candidates with customer service experience or a strong customer-oriented mindset. Nice To Have:
