Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
2–3 years of experience in IT or related roles
Hands-on experience with: o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) o Endpoint/device management (Intune or equivalent) o Identity & access management (MFA, SSO, conditional access)
Experience or exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or Google Cloud)
Understanding of: o Networking fundamentals o Windows Server administration o Cloud workload...
